VOC Catalyst Introduction:
VOC catalyst is made of cordierite honeycomb ceramics or γ Activated alumina is used as the carrier, with unique rare earth additives and precious metal Pd, Pt formula. It has the technical characteristics of high catalytic activity, good thermal stability, long service life, low air flow resistance, and excellent mechanical strength. The VOC catalyst is installed in the low-temperature catalytic combustion device of organic waste gas, which can effectively purify the chemical tail gas such as acrylonitrile, acrylic acid, polybutadiene rubber, and color coated printing tail gas such as color steel and color aluminum, and achieve energy-saving effect. It is widely used in the treatment of organic waste gas in petroleum, chemical, paint coating printing, baking furnace and other industries.
VOC noble metal catalyst has the characteristics of high activity at low temperature and low ignition temperature, and its resistance to S is also stronger than that of metal oxide catalyst. The activities of Pt and Pd on different reactants are different, and Pd is superior to Pt in the oxidation of CO, CH4 and olefins; For aromatics oxidation, the two are equivalent; For the oxidation of straight chain alkanes above C3, Pt is better than Pd. The order of activity of noble metal catalysts for VOC catalytic oxidation is ethanol>acetaldehyde>aromatic>ketone>acetate>halohydrocarbon>alkane.
