1. Introuduction

With the progress of adsorption, the adsorbent gradually reaches saturation. During the contact with high-temperature hot air, the organic waste gas is desorbed to form highly concentrated waste gas, and the adsorption bed is regenerated. The regenerated adsorption bed can be used for adsorption operation. Concentrated waste gas formed by desorption enters the catalytic burner, and carbon dioxide and water are produced and discharged up to the standard.
