Introduction to SCR catalyst:
        It adopts international advanced technology and high-quality cordierite catalyst carrier, and is coated with composite molecular sieve catalyst to improve the activity stability of the catalyst at high temperature. It can be widely used at 300 -550 degrees, and can be customized according to different working conditions. Commonly used in various gas pit furnaces, diesel generator sets and other high temperature flue gas fields.
NOx oxides are by-products of combustion reactions in air, and these gases are harmful to human health and the environment. The SCR catalysts have honeycomb structures, which can Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) of nitrogen oxides (NOx) efficiently in the presence of excess O2 atmosphere. NOx is reduced to N2 and H2O by ammonia (or using urea as precursor) with which is used as a reducing agent.

Service conditions of catalyst(High temperature molecular sieve SCR catalyst)

1: The best use temperature is 450-600 ℃.

2: Maximum resistance temperature of catalyst: 650 ℃.

3: Service life: ≥ 3 years.

4: Catalyst toxic substances: including but not limited to lead, arsenic, antimony, zinc, calcium, tin, nickel, chromium, potassium and phosphorus. If the content of these elements in the emissions from the inlet of the catalytic reactor alone or jointly exceeds 200 parts per million of the weight of the catalyst surface, sodium, sulfur, etc. exceeds 0.5 percent, or the weight of halogen or halogen compound exceeds 50 ppm, or the weight of sulfur compounds in the atmosphere exceeds 40 ppm, the catalyst life will be shortened, The catalyst life is not guaranteed to be 3 years.

5: The catalyst is a metal or ceramic honeycomb carrier. Pay attention to protection and handle with care during transportation and filling to avoid catalyst damage.

6: When the operating temperature is ≥ 600 ℃, the risk of catalyst deactivation increases; When the temperature is higher than 900 ℃, the coating structure will be damaged, and the catalyst will lose its activity within tens of minutes. When the catalyst is exposed to a higher temperature, there is a risk of ablation of the catalyst.
