1. Introuduction
The design of catalyst incinerator depends on the exhaust air volume, VOCs concentration and the required destruction removal efficiency. During operation, the waste gas containing VOCs is introduced into the heat exchanger in the system by the system fan. After being heated by the Tubeside of the heat exchanger, the waste gas passes through the burner. At this time, the waste gas has been heated to the catalytic decomposition temperature, and then passes through the catalyst bed. The catalytic decomposition will release heat energy, and VOCs will be decomposed into carbon dioxide and water vapor. After that, the hot and purified gas enters the shellside of the heat exchanger to heat the untreated VOC waste gas on the tubeside, which will reduce the energy consumption. Finally, the purified gas is discharged to the atmosphere from the chimney.
