1. Introuduction

 

When the gas enters the catalytic device, the temperature is 160℃, the preheating time is 20min, the preheating temperature is 300℃, and the preheating power at this time is 156kW. Because the reaction temperature of catalytic combustion is low, the power consumption for preheating is generally only 40%~60% of that for direct combustion. In the design, electric energy is used to preheat the process waste gas, and energy-saving technologies such as far infrared ray are used, which makes the waste gas preheating mode more economical and reasonable.

Honeycomb ceramic carrier solid catalyst impregnated with noble metals platinum and palladium is porous and has only a large inner surface area, and these surfaces have the same catalytic reaction ability. Because the external geometric surface area of the catalyst is much smaller than the internal surface area, it can be considered that almost all the reactions take place on the internal surface. In the catalytic reaction process, when the gas flows over the surface of the solid catalyst, a stagnant film will be formed on the gas-solid interface, and the reactant molecules must go through a series of physical and chemical processes between the gas flow body and the catalyst surface to complete the reaction process.
